|Over the years, wisdom, the desire to learn, the trajectory, dedication, perseverance and so many other things that do to the growth and development of people, the Arabian Dance School has managed to occupy the first level in technical, practical and theoretical education in Middle Eastern dance.|
Seeking also to eradicate the sayings and beliefs of those who really do not know or improvise about thousands of years of history, we are motivated to be increasingly prepared for the growth and improvement of our students.
Today, the main teachers and mentors of this art, like Nagwa Fouad, Farida Fahmi and Mahmoud Reda, among others, are trying to implement a universal vocabulary for the diffusion and teaching of this discipline. Amir Thaleb was summoned and invited by the organizers, as a Latin-American representative due to his professionalism and his career, to launch the true vocabulary of Arabic Dance. He participated in the second International Conference on Middle Eastern Dance in the City of Costa Mesa - California, and keeps on working to put into practice this idea. After visiting the most important schools and theatres in the world, his greatest satisfaction is to realize that there is no difference between his method, his technique and his theory, with the largest and most prominent schools of the four continents. For that reason, the A.D.S. feels the commitment to give the student, what the student demands. And this is not a difficult task. It is achieved through the study, knowledge, talent and dedication of that one who is in front of the class. Therefore, as institution we look for steady work, respect and discipline, which today is our trademark. We grant serious and responsible work. In a warm and familiar environment, students acquire technical knowledge, history and everything they need to develop as true artists.
The education programmed ranges from the most traditional styles to the most avant-garde ones, paying special attention to the performance on stage and the teaching method. We do not sell diplomas, we grant private capacity certificates, when the student reaches the necessary level that the program requires.
We are pleased to have come this far, of having trained dancers with all their essence, of being the cradle of great artists, of having achieved significant recognition, but still much remains to be done and much to be learned.
The talented work through the years endorse what the Arabian Dance School can provide, defined as the reference for the Arabic Dance in Argentina, recognized as such by the most important artists, colleagues, supporters and creators of this art form.
